Thomas Noreila’s job is to make big ideas come true. He is currently working as the programme manager of UMO Jazz Orchestra, one of the world's leading big bands. In 2015 Thomas put together a completely volunteer-work based charity concert Live Aid for the New Children's Hospital in Helsinki. The team performed an amazing live televised charity concert at the Olympic Stadium. Almost 1400 volunteers, over 170 companies and 400 performers made it happen together - 100% free of charge - which is unheard-of. Over 2 million euros was donated directly to the hospital. Now Thomas is well on the way to tackle even bigger problems - like saving the whole world!
